Melee: Vls (for spec) Whip, any decent armour (I did it full void\rune defender + whip\fury\d boots)
Mage: Impossible to even do it with mage, I barely managed to even get jad past hp bar.
Range: Never even tried it with range because I hate range even though I'm 99.
It regains his hp fully one time (so it's like doing jad twice), except in one inventory and if you go out, it'll regain it's hp fully. So I suggest to wear good bonus for att\str bonuses (def bonuses really don't matter, I did it on a 30 def account with turmoil\ss)
You must have atleast 95 Prayer to do jad and I suggest 99 att\str\hp also (considering Prays don't work).
Go in with Soul split\turmoil\berserker on and it's very easy with those stats (expec. with 99 def).

and yea Vls is a sellout. without it its kinda hard
