First off. You buy regular essence from other players or Nurmof (he's outside of the store with all the shops at home)
2nd. right near home tele you talk to the Zamorak Mage and click Airs then click the altar after you teleport there.
Next teleport home and bank and repeat until 44 Runecrafting.
Now once your 44 runecrafting it's around 30k xp per inventory doing Nature runes. (click more twice after u talk to the zamorak mage).
Nature runes\Deaths\Bloods are the same exp so, blood runes you don't teleport, you just click and it automatically crafts them, therefor bloods are the fastest exp to 99.
